◎返品・キャンセル：

ハンドメイド作品としてご理解の上ご購入して頂き、基本的に購入手続完了後のキャンセルはお控え下さい。

商品が違う場合や大きな破損があった場合は、商品到着後７日以内ご連絡下さい。（メール mami@northcandles.jp）

お客様のご都合による返品の場合は、お客様の送料ご負担とさせて頂きます。

Return & Cancellation Policy:

Since our candles are handmade, please consider this before making your purchase. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling your order once the purchase is complete.

If you receive the wrong item or if there is significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mami@northcandles.jp.

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that all returned candles must be unused and in their original condition.
